How long is the program? My personal coaching program is designed to last 12 months because that’s how long it takes to build SUSTAINABLE habits without the possibility of relapsing. It’s a year that will transform not only your body, but your lifestyle. Staying healthy will become easier and more enjoyable. As a mom, you invest a lot in others—it’s time to invest in yourself. 

How much does it cost, and how generous is the discount? Normally I charge $300 a month for this program. But today I’m offering you a special rate of $30 for 30 days, then just $150 per month for nutrition only, or $175/month for nutrition and training. Also, if you pay for the whole year up front, I’ll give you 2 free months! Normally, personal trainers charge $500 a month or more—and that’s JUST for workouts.  

How do you create well-informed dietary and fitness recommendations?  

I use a piece of software called Precision Nutrition to make these recommendations. It’s a program that uses vast amounts of data to create personalized health plans. No matter your health history or personal situation, we can use Precision Nutrition’s software to create a clear and simple plan for you to follow.  

Here’s how it works:  

First, I enter your vital health information, such as height, weight, age, and medical history. The program checks your information against massive amounts of nutritional, fitness, and psychological data. Then it generates a flexible health plan that fits you perfectly.  

Aside from dietary recommendations, Precision Nutrition also suggests exercise plans to fit your busy schedule. You can choose from workouts at home or at the gym, and pick your own kind of exercises and intensity level.  

Each exercise is typically split into three tiers: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. No matter your starting point, no matter where you take yourself, the program will be flexible for your specific needs.

What if my needs change? No problem! In fact, since we’ll be working together for 12 months, I EXPECT your needs to change. Customization is what makes my coaching so valuable. Precision Nutrition’s software is flexible enough to be adapted to your needs in real time. We can always adjust it, whether you’re ready to take a bigger challenge, or whether you need to ratchet it back.
