Which areas of New York do you service?
In general, we serve the NW/NE Bronx and lower Westchester County areas. But more specifically, our delivery and pickup areas include Bronxville, Yonkers, Hartsdale, Pelham, Pelham Bay, New Rochelle, Mt Vernon, Riverdale, Co-op City, and the NW & NE Bronx.
How long does it take for me to get my clothes back?
We know your time is valuable. Fresh, clean clothes are an essential need to go about daily life of work and play, but also.....sometimes you just plain WANT to wear your favorite t-shirt, cap, or blouse again!!! That’s why we’ve perfected our pickup and delivery service so that we deliver your professionally cleaned, folded, and packaged clothes back to your door within 48 hours. Bear in mind however, that orders containing dry-cleaning may take up to a day longer.
I need my clothes cleaned and returned sooner than 48 hours. Is that possible?
It sure is. We offer Expedited/Express Services as well (for a slightly higher fee). Just call to ask about what’s required.
Do you pick up Dry-Cleaning alone?
Yes, that’s no problem. Minimum order for dry-cleaning alone is $25.
Do you launder items other than clothes?
Yes, we do. We can process most large household or linen items e.g.: comforters, blankets, curtains, pillows, floor mats etc., to name just a few. They are, however, priced on a ‘Per Piece’ basis and not on a weight basis like regular clothing. Just check out our price list to know how much they will cost.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
It depends! All laundry (excluding ‘per piece’ items) is weighed for pricing on a per LB basis. We will pick up any size load of laundry, small or large, but there is a 16 LB minimum charge on weighed laundry, plus any ‘per piece’ items.
There is no minimum charge for ‘Per Piece’ items when combined with weighed laundry in a single pickup, and a $20 minimum when not combined with weighed laundry in a single pickup.
Dry-Cleaning is priced per piece, as usual, and has a $25 minimum order requirement, or $15 minimum when combined with weighed laundry in a single pickup.
Do you charge a fee for pickup or delivery?
No, never!
Do you pickup ‘on demand’ or do I have to schedule my pickup?
Being able to rely upon a time and not have to waste half the day away waiting for your pickup or delivery, makes it easier for all customers to plan your day, and get things done that need to be done. For that reason we require you to request/schedule your pickup by 10 pm the night before, so everyone gets served in as prompt and efficient a way as possible.
Having said that, we understand sometimes things come up that make it necessary to get immediate help. In this event, we will always do our best to squeeze you into the pickup route the day you call, for a same day ‘on-demand’ fee. This request can only be made by phone, however.
